Returns & Exchanges
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the order being received. All sales are final. No refunds. All items must have the original tags attached and liners in place. Due to federal health regulations, items deemed soiled, worn, laundered, or damaged will not be accepted. We will ship all soiled, worn, laundered and damaged items back to the customer and charge your account for $15 shipping costs.
In order to exchange an item, you must call within 14 days of delivery to be assigned a return authorization number. This number must be written on the front of the return package. Any item returned without a return authorization number will be refused. We must receive the return within 14 days of the time the authorization was issued or the return authorization number will be voided. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be charged to your credit card. Once we receive your return, we will determine that the item is in the original condition in which it was sent. Any customer exchanging excessive amounts of merchandise will be removed from the customer list and will no longer be able to purchase online through www.ayaracollection.com.
Ayara Collection, Inc. holds a no warranty policy. Once tags are removed from an item, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will happily replace the unwashed/unworn item for the same or like item at no additional cost. All defects or damages must be notified and issued a return authorization number within 14 days of delivery by the customer. You may be asked to use our Return Authorization Form which can be found here.
Keep a record of your shipment until you have received an exchange or credit. Ayara Collection, Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
